Over the past several weeks, we have been in close contact with our local health agencies to ensure we are taking all necessary precautions as new information becomes available about the coronavirus (COVID-19).
It is crucial that we do our best to take care of each other, and our community and as part of the recently issued local emergency proclamation, we will be temporarily closing March 26, 2020 until advised otherwise.
We are still taking extra care in the clinic and ensuring that all our surfaces are sanitary at all times. We are taking temperature checks for every one that comes into our clinics and ensuring that everyone is washing their hands and using hand sanitiser. We will keep this protocol in place for the health and safety of our staff and every one that visits our clinics.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG WILL YOU BE CLOSED?
The government has advised that effective from midnight 25th March 2020 our services must close. As soon as this government closure is lifted we will reopen our clinics immediately. We will keep you updated on our socials as soon as we are back in business again.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN IT IS BACK TO BUSINESS AS USUAL?
We will communicate to you via email and our social media pages when we are open again. But don’t hesitate to call us if you want to know anything at all!
I HAD AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED, HOW DO I CANCEL IT?
If you have an appointment in the coming days and weeks this will be rescheduled automatically. We will continue to reschedule appointments on a weekly basis until the Australian Government advises we can reopen, we have begun to secure appointments after the 11th of May. You will not lose any treatments due to a rescheduled appointment and we will pick up where we left off as soon as we reopen.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DIAMOND CLUB EXPIRES?
We will place it on hold and reactivate it when we open again.
I NEED TO SPEAK TO MY NURSE OR DOCTOR, HOW DO I CONTACT THEM?
If you have any questions in regards to your recent treatment that requires a medical expert please email email@example.com We will respond to all enquiries within a 24 hour period.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
We understand this may be something you are looking to obtain, however, refunds are not currently available. Your rights under the consumer guarantee are unchanged and are offered in line with the ACCC guidelines.
HOW CAN I GET THE BEST OUT OF MY SKIN, WHILE YOUR SERVICES ARE UNAVAILABLE?
Whilst you’re in-clinic treatment plan is on hold, you can still maintain your results at home. Continue your skincare routine as set out by your dermal technician. All of our products are accessible online and ready to be purchased for use in your own home! We will also be showcasing tutorials on our socials so you can follow along with some of our best products!
HOW CAN I BUY MY FAVOURITE PRODUCTS?

CAN I STILL REDEEM MY BIRTHDAY VOUCHER?
Of course! If you have received a birthday voucher while we have been closed, you will have 30 days from when we reopen to utilise this.
